BiteForceMC – Terms & Conditions 

1) Acceptance of Rules & Terms By connecting to and playing on BiteForceMC (“the Server”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all server rules and these Terms & Conditions. Failure to follow these rules may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to warnings, mutes, bans, or resets.

2) Enforcement & Moderation BiteForceMC staff reserve the right to take any moderation action deemed necessary to maintain fair gameplay, server integrity, and a positive community environment. Punishments may be applied with or without prior warning depending on the severity of the offense. All staff decisions are final.

3) User-Generated & Server Content In-game content may be either player-generated or server-generated.

• Player-generated content includes, but is not limited to: chat messages, usernames, skins, builds, signs, and other player-created materials. This content is created by players and is not endorsed by BiteForceMC.
• Server-generated content is created and maintained by BiteForceMC. Reasonable efforts are made to ensure server-generated content complies with server rules and applicable laws.

While BiteForceMC moderates content for rule violations, we are not responsible for the nature, accuracy, or appropriateness of player-generated content. 

4) Data Collection & Storage BiteForceMC and its affiliates may collect, store, review, and moderate in-game and website-related data, including but not limited to:

• Chat messages
• Usernames and UUIDs
• IP addresses
• Builds and gameplay data
• Punishment history
• Email addresses (where applicable)

This data is collected for moderation, security, analytics, and operational purposes.

5) Server Availability & Data Loss BiteForceMC is provided on a best-effort basis. While we take reasonable steps to maintain server stability and uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data persistence, or freedom from errors. BiteForceMC is not liable for data loss, rollbacks, downtime, or interruptions. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to restore services and data when possible.

6) In-Game Currency & Purchases BiteForceMC may use an in-game virtual currency for ranks, perks, cosmetics, or other purchases.

• All in-game currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
• Purchases are non-transferable and tied to the account that made the purchase.
• All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• BiteForceMC reserves the right to modify, remove, rebalance, or discontinue in-game items, currency, ranks, or perks at any time.

Abuse, exploitation, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity related to purchases may result in penalties, including permanent bans or removal of purchased content.

7) Account Ownership & Trading Accounts are personal and may only be used by the original owner. Selling, trading, sharing, or transferring accounts is strictly prohibited. BiteForceMC is not responsible for lost, stolen, compromised, or shared accounts. Any account found to be sold, traded, or shared may be permanently suspended without compensation.

8) Rule & Term Changes BiteForceMC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions and server rules at any time. Continued use of the server after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the player’s responsibility to regularly review the rules and terms. While we aim to notify players of major changes, we cannot guarantee that every user will be individually informed.

9) Jurisdiction BiteForceMC is operated from Texas, United States. Players from any location may connect. Where applicable, these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
